Thanks for the excellent job
you did getting that mowing Vendor to
actually do the work that they were farmed
out to do by the City of Louisville.
I spent all of last summer
and the majority of this summer trying to
get Dean to make that Vendor follow the
Contract Maintainance rules
for trimming turf grass around the
fences in the perimeter of Sundance
Park. It took one letter from me to
you guys to get the job done.
This mowing Vendor should be
fired, as they only trim the fences, edge
the sidewalks, and mow the entire park, when
THEY feel like it. They have stolen my
tax money for 2 summers now and have done an
incomplete job mowing weekly.
