Ms. Beaufait:

I concur with Chief Goodman. In fact, there is a truck parked in front of my house, owned by a neighbor, for months at a time. It has current registration and is legally parked. I have never asked the police to do anything about it as it is legally parked. Louisville absolutely does not enforce its laws differently for one resident or neighborhood over another for any reason. You are most welcome to come to a city council meeting at 7 PM on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month and express your concern to the entire council during the time set aside for citizens comments. We ask people to limit their comments to 3 minutes and this is not an opportunity for dialogue with the council but a chance to express your concerns to all council members.

Bob Muckle
Mayor
