Code Enforcement Department,

The white Mr. Rooter commercial vehicle was moved on 5-9-13.  But they threw out all their garbage from the back of their truck onto the neighbor's property, AGAIN.

I reported in an April 22 e-mail that the Mr. Rooter truck threw out their garbage, when they moved their truck on March 29.

By allowing this Mr. Rooter commercial to be illegally parked indefinitely, this vendor thought he was allowed to do what he wanted.  When asked to move the abandoned vehicle, the owner got mad and destroyed our beautiful street with his garbage, again.

I don't ever want to see ANY Mr. Rooter vehicles parked in our neighborhood again, no matter what street they are parked on.

The owners  of the commercial Mr. Rooter vehicle continue to treat our city streets as their personal garbage dump.  They are a dirty vendor.  They don't care.  This is the exact reason why the City of Louisville has the parking laws in place.

They need to be ticketed for an illegal garbage dump on City streets...W. Elm Street.

On their watch, this Republican City Council has done a horrible job of managing the illegal parking problem, of both private and commercial vehicles, that I have been documenting in our neighborhood for over 1 year now.

Here are pictures from May 7 to today.  The "before" May 7-9 pictures show there was no garbage anywhere on my neighbor's property near the Mr. Rooter illegally abandoned commercial vehicle.  The last pic on May 10 shows that when the Mr. Rooter moved their illegally parked commercial vehicle, they dumped their garbage on our lovely streets, where the Mr. Rooter vehicle was parked for over one month.  This is their retaliation for having to move their illegally parked vehicle.

I will continue to document this continual problem that Code Enforcement has with regards to maintaining control of the illegal parking of commercial vehicles in residential neighborhoods in our lovely City.
