To Whom It May Concern,

I have been having problems with the Police Chief, Code Enforcement, and City Council with unethical, uncivil, and rude e-mail responses to my reporting of abandoned/unmoved/stored/parked vehicles next to Sundance Park since May, 2012.

We have parking laws in our "Municode" for Code Enforcement to enforce, which is "cherry picked" by Code Enforcement, backed by the Police Chief and City Council.  This is "favoritism" and is against our City Ethics Code for public servants in our City.

I reported 3 "favoritism" problems to our City Prosecutor last week via Certified Mail.  The above mentioned have 10 days to reply to my charges, once informed of my written complaint.

Rather than write a lot here, I will attach one of the letters that I sent last week.  This one is to the Police Chief.  But I sent the exact same letter to the Prosecuting Attorney for City Council and Code Enforcement.

The Police Chief denies having parking laws that apply to my situation, like tagging unmoved vehicles, but my legal advice did find laws that apply.

There are links to web pages that I made with photos proofs, e-mail communications (with the Police Chief, City Council and Code Enforcement), and our City Parking Codes and City Ethics Code.

I would not even be writing this to you, but after I reported Ethics Violations to our Prosecuting Attorney last week, the problem still continues.

We in our neighborhood feel this is a public corruption situation.

I am the past President of the Horticulture and Forestry Board for our City, and I am familiar with our parking laws next to our City Parks.

Thank you for your time in this matter.

Sincerely,
