Code Enforcement,

The commercial truck and construction dumpster have been illegally parked/stored in our neighborhood for 5 days now.

We in the neighborhood want to thank you personally for ignoring our Code Enforcement laws and destroying our neighborhood.

We in the neighborhood were unsure if you would follow through with extremely illegal activities regarding our parking laws in our City.

But, congrats!  You did!

And I finally have my 1.5 years of illegal proofs that I need!!!

I did not read the e-mail that the Chief of Police sent to me yesterday.

I have told him in the past not to harass me with uncivil e-mails that are packed full of lies.

I know it is an evil e-mail, as he ignores all illegal activities that I report, and continues to allow the illegal parking of the commercial vehicle and commercial dumpster.

I forwarded it to my legal advice, who told me I did the correct thing by ignoring it.

My legal advice told me to continue with reporting illegal parking in our neighborhood, which I am doing today.

Our Louisville Municipal Prosecutor in Boulder has been in touch with me twice, about having a "verified statement" sent to her reporting your illegal activities for scrutiny.

You are aware that I don't see this illegal activity the way the rest of the neighborhood does.  We have evergreen shrubs around our bay window that hides all the illegal activity that you allow, as you think you are doing injustices to me.  Guess again.  Wrong!  You are only getting my neighbors very irritated with you folks.  They want me to do the "verified statements", too.

I have to decide who I want to have sign it, as I want to report all of you together at one time, which is not allowed, per our Louisville Municipal Prosecutor in Boulder.  :(((((

Sincerely,

Bev Beaufait

"Last night we heard from the owners of the truck.  It belongs to a couple who recently moved to Louisville and who just purchased the vehicle.  The husband and wife are a little distressed about why the selective enforcement against them.  Commander Kingston will speak with them and convey our assurances that this is all quite routine and innocent. This quote is from a May 25, 2012 e-mail to me from Bruce Goodman, Police Chief.  He knows the rules.  He applies them when he wants.  He is a bully.  He does not do his job that he is paid to do.  He should be fired on the spot.  If he did his job correctly, the first time he contacted the owners, he would not be  backed into a corner to save face.  Now, he will not do his job, just to try to prove he is correct, when he is so very wrong.
