City Council,
The owners of the commercial
truck and commercial dumpster have NOW
been illegally parked and stored for 7
days in a row on W. Elm Street by the stop
sign.
This situation is the
longest that City Council has allowed the
illegal activities of the Police Department
and Code Enforcement to continue such public
corruption, with this illegal storing of a
commercial truck and dumpster in a
residential neighborhood.
So, this is a formal
complaint against the Chief of Police, Bruce
Goodman, and Code Enforcement
personnel, William Kingston.
It is situation is just so
disgusting to me, that I am physically sick
to my stomach, as I write this e-mail.
It is obvious that you are
allowing the ignoring our parking laws by
our Police Department and Code Enforcement
Department, on purpose, in my humble
opinion, with regard to your non
actions. What horrible,
corrupt ways by City Council.
Channel 7 News Investigative
reporting told me last spring that the
illegal Code Enforcement/Police
Department/City
Council activities are "Public
Corruption", per our State laws. They
gave me our State URL address, in
case I wanted to report you folks on a State
level first, which I have not done, to
date.
I am hoping, beyond hope,
that you people come to your senses.
Channel 7 News Investigative
reporting would not take my case, until
I had "at least" 1.5 years worth of proof of
our town's illegal goings on.
And I now that I have
that proof, thanks to Code
Enforcement's illegal
activities, I have all the
documented proofs on my web pages for the
world to see.
So, I sent my complaints,
about City Council allowing Code Enforcement
and the Police Department to undermine the
integrity of our City, to Channel 7
News Investigative reporting, instead of
reporting it through our "verified
statement" system.
I just don't trust our own
internal procedures for filing illegal
activities against our Police Chief and
William Kingston. Those
procedures
seems so evil and corrupt
and one sided, but it is all we
have!!!!! Disappointing, to say the
least.
Unfortunately, I will have
to be reporting these illegal activities of
the Police Department and Code Enforcement
Department through our own internal
procedures very soon to follow through to
make sure somebody, somewhere, does
something/anything to stop this insane
madness.
I want to see what Channel 7
does first, though. I may get lucky,
and I may not have to do anything.
But, I doubt it.
I want you folks to know
that I don't want to have to meet in person
with any body, anywhere to sign a
"verified statement", as I dislike going to
horrible places and talking to corrupt
people, no matter where they are.
But one must do, what one
must do.
Here is a pic from Sunday,
September 22. I did not take a pic, yet
today, as it is raining and I do not want to
ruin my camera, just to take one pic to send
to you people as proof. I will publish
today's pic online with the rest of my
evidence, when the rains stops later on
today.
Besides, you folks know this
is a continuing ongoing situation.
Notice the dark car parked
next to Sundance Park, again! Code
Enforcement has lost all control.
Those renters ignore Code Enforcement and
our parking laws. It is always the
renters. And the homeowners notice the
huge preferential treatment to the many
renters in our neighborhood.
The home owners eventually
obey our laws, when told by Code
Enforcement, as they live here permanently,
and renters do not, as they are temporary
residents in our neighborhood.
Code
Enforcement shows favoritism, plain and
simple, by allowing our neighborhood to
become a public parking lot with the renters
getting away with anything and
everything. There is no way around it,
through the actions of our Code Enforcement
Department and the Chief of Police by
allowing such illegal actions. No
words can deny their uncivil, dirty
deeds. Only good actions
will undo their negative actions.
With the homeowner
house in the enclosed pic, at the end
of the street with the green garage
door, there lives a single, retired
homeowner lady. She is
just terrified of the police. She
has watched me have parking discussions
with Code Enforcement, and she
did not/will not say anything.
She very much dislikes
having vehicles illegally parked week
after week, month after month, year after
year right across from her house.
She and others don't want to
be treated the way you treat me, with such
contempt and disrespect for a tax paying
Senior Citizen. So, they remain silent
and unidentified, as homeowners, like my
neighbor lady on W. Elm Street with the home
improvements.
You folks act
like you are above the law. It
totally amazes me.
The Chief of Police
scares you, on the City Council, through his
bully tactics, to try to force you to see
the law through his rose colored glasses, to
attain his own ends for his own purposes,
without thought or regard on how his actions
affect others. How utterly sad.
You are aware that these are
his tactics with each new City
Council. Right? Right.
Hopefully, you can get this
town under control.
Pure evil does not scare me
at all. I face it head on, like I
am doing now.
I would have sent you this information
yesterday, but it was Sunday, a day of rest.
There are 2 new folks
running for Ward 2. They will
receive my web page URL address showing
the public corruption going on by our
elected officials. Hopefully, they
will be able to sift through
the Police Chief's lies and fix this
corrupt City Council's ways of doing
business in this town.

I expect no harassing
response from you folks. I just expect
action, like in somebody doing the work they
are paid to do in the Police Department and
the Code Enforcement Department.
You folks are in my
daily meditations and prayers, so that
hopefully, some day, you will see
your nasty,
emotional, illogical ways and stop

Sec.
17.20.160. Motor vehicle parking
limitations.
B. On
residential lots, no more than
two motor vehicles may be parked
on any area of the lot other
than within a fully enclosed
structure or on the paved
driveway which is intended for
parking or access to the garage
or carport. A motor vehicle
which is parked or stored on an
improved surface adjacent to a
paved driveway, or in a rear
yard, a side yard, or a side
yard adjacent to the street
shall be counted towards the
limit of two such vehicles. No

e-mail to me from Bruce
Goodman, Police
Chief. He knows the
rules. He applies
them when he wants.
He is a bully. He
does not do his job that
he is paid to do. He
should be fired on the
spot. If he did his
job correctly, the first
time he contacted the
owners, he would not
be backed into a
corner to save face.
Now, he will not do his
job, just to try to prove
he is correct, when he is
so very wrong.
