City Council, Police Department, Code Enforcement,

The renter's vendor ,commercial dumpster is still stored/parked illegally in a residential neighborhood for 12 days in a row now.

I want to thank you personally for ruining our "Money Magazine" City into the ground.

How dare you!!!!!!!

This renter's commercial dumpster is filled with his customer's garbage that he brings back to our lovely neighborhood and stores in his driveway to degrade our fine neighborhood, with the help of Code Enforcement.  Gross!!!

I did not see a Code Enforcement truck go by this morning.

I guess they realized they were being caught red handed by me to see them allowing illegal businesses to operate out of our residential neighborhood for 1.5 year now.  (You realize that Mr. Rooter still has his vehicles coming to our neighborhood to pick up supplies, still.  Right?  Right.)

I just got a pic at 7:15 a.m. of this renter's employee coming to his rental house on Sycamore Court.

It was still here loading up at 7:30 a.m..  It just left, so you get this e-mail informing you immediately of all illegal activities allowed by Code Enforcement in our lovely neighborhood.

The renter's employee came with his commercial "Handyman" vehicle truck to pick up commercial work supplies out of his residential rental house.  I caught them red handed.

This renter runs a commercial business out of our neighborhood, which is 100% illegal.

The last pic at the bottom of my web page shows the renter's illegal, commercial, vendor dumpster parked/stored illegally in the driveway with his customer's garbage from days ago just left to degrade our once lovely neighborhood.

That pic is also the pic of the "Handyman" truck loading supplies out of a residential renter house in a residential neighborhood.

This is out of control for enforcing our City parking/storage laws by our Chief of Police, Bruce Goodman.

It is very clear that our Chief of Police has severe emotional/mental problems, which prevents him from doing his logical Police duties, in my humble opinion.

He has a Dr. Jekell and Mr. Hyde personality, due to his inconsistent actions from the past 1.5 years with dealing with parking issues in our neighborhood, in my humble opinion.  Very scary.

He gives out City Code information that he does not follow.

I  have all e-mails sent to me by Bruce, Bill, and City Council downloaded to my web pages for all to see.

He sent me this e-mail in May, 2012 stating "tagging before removal" of illegally parked/stored commercial vehicles in a residential neighborhood.

Here is that specific e-mail.

Then he gives out another City Code (that he makes up, e-mail below) ,and he claims it makes it so he does not follow the residential parking laws in e-mails to me.  I have received more than 1 e-mail from our illustrious Chief of Police over 1.5 years, just like this one.

This is just ONE example.

Is our Chief of Police the "King" in Louisville?

The Chief of Police cannot make the tough executive decisions, in my humble opinion, that my picture proofs have shown over 1.5 years.

He has to follow our City Codes, like any other citizen of our City.

He sends out Code Enforcement vehicles to do a "fluff and buff" looky-loo over our neighborhood, and nothing happens.

It is obvious that our Chief of Police is having extreme emotional/mental issues, by his illogical inactions when not enforcing our City laws, in my humble opinion.

With the Chief of Police having horrible mental/emotional issues (in my humble opinion), a license to carry a gun, and in such a position of authority, it is positively frightening to us citizens.

With this illegal commercial dumpster being allowed to stay illegally parked in our residential neighborhood so long, while our Chief of Police knows our City laws, it proves that our Chief of Police is incapable of making the hard logical decisions, more proof of his sad mental/emotional issues, in my humble opinion.

It is obvious that our Chief of Police is under horrible stress and duress, or else our Chief of Police would be able to make the correct decisions for our neighborhood.

So, sadly, we need to have our Chief of Police removed from office.

He needs to get the emotional/mental help he needs to help him understand that he needs to follow all of our City laws, like all citizens of Louisville, as the Chief of Police, in my humble opinion.

I have been looking up our Municode laws to do a "citizens arrest" for our Chief of Police.

We don't have any laws on the books.  :(((((

This is how Wikipedia describes "citizens arrest".

"Most states have codified the common law rule that a warrantless arrest may be made by a private person for a felony, misdemeanor or "breach of peace"."

Our Chief of Police certainly has done a "breach of peace" and "unethical" actions, per our own Municode.

Our internal processes of removing a "publicly paid servant", for not doing their paid job, fails for dealing with our Chief of Police.

Not good, as it gives this person unlimited power.

Our Chief of Police is embedded into our political system in Louisville, like an "Alabama tick" in his "forever job", that he does not want to lose.

I have proved over a 1.5 year period that our Chief of Police is a chronic liar, who gets paid for not doing his job, which is insubordination.

City Council has a habit of paying City employees for not doing their job.

Since all of my education is in business/accounting, all I can see is our City paying employees, for not doing the job, they were hired to perform.

I see this as an extreme waste of taxpayer $$$.

Here is our law that shows our Chief of Police should be arrested and held accountable for his non reality based Police decisions.  He knowingly disobeys our City Municode Parking Laws on the books.

Sec. 9.04.050. Disobeying a lawful order.permanent

                                            content

It is unlawful for any person to knowingly disobey the lawful order of any police officer, firefighter, or emergency personnel giving incident to the discharge of the official duties of such police officer or firefighter.

(Code 1977, § 9.04.050; Ord. No. 748-1981, § 4)

Don't worry!

I will be informing you folks, daily, of the illegal parking/storing of illegal commercial dumpsters in our neighborhood, until this matter is finally cleared up.

We, citizens in our City, expect our taxpayer $$$$ to be well spent, and not to be spent on employees that will not do their job.

Sincerely,

Bev Beaufait

It also prohibits acts of advantage or favoritism and, in that regard, prohibits special considerations, use of employee time for personal or private

"Last night we heard from the owners of the truck.  It belongs to a couple who recently moved to Louisville and who just purchased the vehicle.  The husband and wife are a little distressed about why the selective enforcement against them.  Commander Kingston will speak with them and convey our assurances that this is all quite routine and innocent. "

This quote is from a May 25, 2012 e-mail to me from Bruce Goodman, Police Chief.  He knows the rules.  He applies them when he wants.  He is a bully.  He does not do his job that he is paid to do.  He should be fired on the spot.  If he did his job correctly, the first time he contacted the owners, he would not be  backed into a corner to save face.  Now, he will not do his job, just to try to prove he is correct, when he is so very wrong.
