Council,
You try to
baffle me with your BS in your e-mails to
me, rather than try to dazzle me with your
brilliance in your e-mails to me with the
illegal commercial business that you are
allowing the Police Chief to also illegally
allow in our residential neighborhood.
So,
therefore, I do not read e-mails from City
Council any more, per my legal advice.
Those e-mails are uncivil
and evil and do nothing to fix the illegal
activities that the Police Chief allows, and
you allow the Police Chief to do.
You folks seem to think that
the Police Chief is some sort of a demi-god
that speaks and does no evil.
I have presented over 1.5
years of proofs of illegal activities of our
Police Chief.
It is enough for you folks,
as private citizens of Louisville, to
put in your own "verified statements"
against our Police Chief for showing
favoritism, which is against our City Code,
as you well know.
Louisville's Police Chief
acts like John Boehner. He
lies. He changes his stories to
try to suit his own circumstances.
Surely, you folks on City
Council can see his disassociation from
reality, because he follows the City
Code laws, when he wants.
City Council could always
change the laws to make the Police Chief
look less psychotic, in my humble opinion.
But then it would prove that
I was right about our laws being correct
laws and not "pretend laws" that our
illogical Police Chief "sees/interprets".
You are between a rock and a
hard place.
You don't want to admit you
are wrong.
I have lost all respect for
City Council.
Strong people admit their
faults.
Weak people continue with
lies and false beliefs, because they cannot
handle the truth.
City Council is very, very
weak.
Our Police Chief is also
like Ted Cruz. He leads you folks to
believe in his battles, and then leaves you
folks to pick up the pieces, believe his
lies, and do his "dirty work", in my humble
opinion.
I will continue to report
illegal activities that are allowed on our
residential neighborhood by our criminally
minded Police Chief, who has no morals to
back down and admit he is wrong.
It is because I am a woman.
Men truly dislike being
shown they are wrong by women that they
obviously despise, which is totally mental,
in my humble opinion.
Per my legal advice, I am
saving all uncivil, illogical e-mails from
the Police Chief and City Council as
evidence for a case of harassment to me by
you folks, rather than doing your jobs.
If you don't like your jobs,
quit. Let somebody else with the
gumption to see the truths, when put
straight in front of them, to get rid of the
corruption in the town from the Police
Department and obviously within City
Council, itself.
I am beginning to think that
you cannot comprehend what I am saying in my
e-mails to you. I think it goes over
your heads.
I will continue to send you
proofs daily, until you either remove the
illegal activity in our neighborhood by a
renter running a commercial business out of
a rental house, or you remove the
troublemaker, our Police Chief, through
"verified statements" with my picture proofs
for over 1.5 years for your "true statements
and not statements that hold grudges", like
our Police Chief does with me.

The lying Police
Chief sent me this e-mail
in May, 2012 stating "tagging
before removal" of illegally
parked/stored commercial vehicles in a
residential neighborhood. The
Police Chief had the vehicle removed
over and over again for about 1
year. How corrupt can it
get?
Here is that specific e-mail.
Then our lying
Police Chief gives out another
City Code (that he makes up; e-mail
below) ,and he claims it makes it,
so he does not follow the residential
parking laws in his lying, corrupt,
uncivil e-mails to me.
I have received more than 1
lying, corrupt, uncivil e-mail from
our illustrious Chief of Police for
months on end, just like this one.
Then the
Police Chief sent me another lying,
corrupt, uncivil e-mail telling me
he will look into the matter.

type vehicles used for
moving of personal goods for
a period of 24 hours or
less.
Temporary parking for
pickup and delivery purposes
for a period of four hours
or less.
Construction equipment
and/or machinery employed in
any public works project in
the city parked at the site
of and for the duration of
such construction.

17.20.160. Motor
vehicle parking
limitations.
B. On residential lots,
no more than two
motor vehicles may

Goodman,
Police
Chief.
He knows the
rules.
He applies
them when he
wants.
He is a
bully.
He does not do
his job that
he is paid to
do. He
should be
fired on the
spot. If
he did his job
correctly, the
first time he
contacted the
owners, he
would not
be
backed into a
corner to save
face.
Now, he will
not do his
job, just to
try to prove
he is correct,
when he is so
very wrong.
