Hi!  It's me!  Bev!

The gravity of your continuous, treasonous crimes against our neighborhood are unfathomable, in my humble opinion.

You haven't gotten rid of this your pet criminal pal, who operates an illegal vendor operating a commercial vendor business out of his renter house in a residential neighborhood, which is allowed by your personally!!!!!!!!

Your criminal pal's employee's "Handyman" truck with his ladders sticking out of the back of his work truck is back and here right now picking up "commercial vendor supplies" out of a residential neighborhood house.

Your criminal pal's commercial truck and industrial dumpster are gone, but not his illegal vendor business operating illegally out of our neighborhood, thanks to you extremely dumb and criminally minded folks that run this town into the ground, in my humble opinion.

Lazy.  Lazy.  Lazy.  Peeps!!!   Get to work!!!!!

You might as well not even exist, as you do nothing, just like John Boehner and Congress, in my humble opinion.

Just what we wanted.  Right?????  NOT!!!!

Why hasn't Code Enforcement made your criminal pal stop his illegal vendor activities in a residential neighborhood?

I know for a fact you can contact them when you want, as your criminal pal came home with his "Handyman" sign gone from the side of his truck quickly, when reported the illegal activity by me.

The truth does not change just because you don't like it or don't want to hear it, you know.

Sec. 17.20.100. - Parking spaces not to be used for storage or advertising. Required parking spaces shall be available for the parking of operable passenger automobiles of residents, customers, patrons, and employees only, and shall not be used for the storage of vehicles or materials or for the parking of trucks used in conducting the business or use, or for the purpose of advertising.(Code 1977, § 17.20.100; Ord. No. 715-1981, § 15)

This vendor commercial company that your little criminal pal operates out of our neighborhood illegally is NOT for the benefit of the neighborhood.

Your little criminal pal is not a flute teacher.

Your little criminal pal in not a piano teacher.

Your little criminal pal is running an illegal commercial vendor business out of a residential neighborhood.

Would you want this happening in your neighborhood?    NO!!!!!

Wouldn't you do everything legal to make the Police Chief, Code Enforcement, and City Council do their jobs?  Of course, you would.

Make your criminally trained pal, personally by you folks, stop that illegal commercial vendor activity now!!!

Can you people even able to read, comprehend, and understand our Municode?  I don't think so, in my humble opinion.

You people are the laughing stock of the neighborhood.  Can you see why?

Here is how Wikipedia describes treason.

"Treason is criminal disloyalty."

"Treason is when a person acts against his country. For example, somebody might help another country fight a war against or loot his country by keeping secrets or ..."

You folks are acting against the good of our City by allowing assessed property values to decrease in neighborhoods, when you allow illegal vendor commercial activities.

It makes it worse, because home improvements are happening constantly in our neighborhood, and still our assessed property values decreased.  Illogical.  Does not compute.

You are fighting a war against our neighborhood laws.  Laws are in place for a reason, folks.  Now follow the laws and stop being so very, very, deeply evil, in my humble opinion.

Here are the pics from today for my proofs.  Updates will come numerous times daily, as needed, until this is cleared up.

So,I will for sure write again later on with a new report, when it comes in, that I know you cannot wait to receive.

You refuse to take responsibility for your actions.  Only you are responsible for your actions, no one else.

I will have more "verified statements" ready to turn in next week.

I am tired of your illegal actions against citizens of our City.

Sincerely,
Bev

"Last night we heard from the owners of the truck.  It belongs to a couple who recently moved to Louisville and who just purchased the vehicle.  The husband and wife are a little distressed about why the selective enforcement against them.  Commander Kingston will speak with them and convey our assurances that this is all quite routine and innocent. "

This quote is from a May 25, 2012 e-mail to me from Bruce Goodman, Police Chief.  He knows the rules.  He applies them when he wants.  He is a bully.  He does not do his job that he is paid to do.  He should be fired on the spot.  If he did his job correctly, the first time he contacted the owners, he would not be  backed into a corner to save face.  Now, he will not do his job, just to try to prove he is correct, when he is so very wrong.
