April To August, 2013 - Hoover Street
Residential Vehicle Stored For Months Next To A Park Near
Louisville Elementary School.
I Never Reported It. I Just Gathered Evidence From Time
To Time To Prove Code Enforcement Is The Same All Around Town.
My Photos Are Sometimes Blurry From Being Taken Blocks Away
With A Zoom Mode.
The Vehicle In Question Is Always On The Left Next To The
Park.
Code Enforcement Drives Up And Down Hoover On A Regular Basis.
I Am Sure They Have Seen This Vehicle.
The Tan SUV Was Gone For A Few Days. On August 10, 2013
They Replaced Their Tan SUV With Their White Sedan. They
Have A 2 Car Garage With A 2 Car Driveway With 2 Car Parking
In Front Of Their House. Here
are 2 of our City laws from our Municode.

It also prohibits acts of advantage or favoritism and, in that
regard, prohibits special considerations, use of employee time for
personal or private
reasons, and use of City vehicles or equipment, except in same
manner as available to any other person (or in manner that will
substantially benefit City)."
It is the vehicle on the left 2 blocks away. I did
not use the zoom lens.
Here's a close up of the parking. They live at the
house in this pic.
They should be parked in front of their own house.
This is on a curve in the road, as other photos show.
It is the farthest vehicle on the left.

They have no cars in their garage today. Instead
their tan SUV is in their driveway, but they now have
their white car parked next to the park. They just
swapped out vehicles. They have no regard for our
parking laws.
