Sundance Park Sprinklers Not Working Since 2012

I Have Been Part Of The "Adopt-A-Park" Program For Sundance Park Since 1988

It Is My Duty To Report Broken City Sprinklers

Here are various pics that I took throughout Sundance Park showing that the sprinkler heads do not pop up high enough to water the park.
The problem is throughout the entire park from W. Elm St. to Hoover Street.
I used a 12 inch ruler to measure the depth of how far down in the ground the sprinkler heads are buried.

I cut the grass around the sunken sprinkler head.  All the sprinkler heads in Sundance Park should look like this.	Shows how the grass around the sprinkler heads after being cut.  A gas trimmer can trim this grass easily.  I used hand clippers.	Shows why sprinkler heads cannot pop up 4 - 6 inches to water, as the grass length prevents that from mathematically happening.
